Where do I manage my account settings?
All your account settings can be found by clicking on your profile image icon located in the menu bar at the top of any Vysda page and selecting ‘Settings’ from the drop down menu. From there you can manage your account, privacy, password, and notification settings.
Why does Vysda need my email?
Having an up-to-date email address attached to your account improves your account security and insures you receive your Vysda notifications where you want them to.
In the near future, we will be implementing processes to update your email.
Note: Your email address is not displayed in your public profile on Vysda. If you have “Let others find me by my email” checked in your Privacy Settings, people who already know your email will be able to find your Vysda account.
Why does Vysda need my phone number?
In the near future, Vysda will be implementing features that having your phone associated with your account means you’ll have access to additional benefits, such as:
- Added security features like login verification
- Connecting with contacts who are already on Vysda
- Allowing your friends to find you (if they have your phone number saved as a contact)
Note: Your phone number will never be publicly displayed in your public profile on Vysda unless you list it. Once the feature to use your phone number to keep your account secure has been added, a new privacy setting will be added allowing you to control if people can search for you via your phone number or not.
