Forgot your login email address? You can also log in with your username.

I’m seeing a password mismatch error even though I know the password is correct.
Please make sure that your caps lock key is turned off. If you’re still unable to log into your account you can reset your password.
I have to reset my password every time I log in.
This issue may be related to your web browser. First, try to log in with a different web browser. You can download the following browsers for free:

I didn’t receive the email to reset my password.
If you requested a new password but didn’t receive your password-reset email:
- Check the spam or junk mail folder in your email account.
- Try to reset your password again.
- If you still don’t receive the email after requesting a password reset, wait 24 hours and try again.
- If you’re still not receiving your password-reset email after the trying the steps above, contact your Internet Service Provider (ex: Comcast) to make sure they’re not blocking email traffic coming from Vysda.
I got an email saying I requested a new password but I didn’t make this request.
If you received a Vysda password reset email that you didn’t request, it’s likely that someone accidentally entered your email address or username when attempting to log into their account. This often happens if you have a popular username or email address. As long as you don’t click the link to reset your password, no action will be taken and your account will remain secure.
I can’t reset my password because I can’t access the email address listed on my account.
You will need to create a new Vysda account. In the near future, we will be offering the ability to have multiple email accounts and a phone number tied to your account to better secure your account and offer solutions to this issue.
I’m seeing an “invalid code” error when I tried to reset my password.
If you’re seeing one of these error messages when you try to reset your password:
Invalid Code: Be sure to copy and paste the full code from the email you received into the space provided.
If you’re still seeing an error, request a new one.
Can you send me a copy of my password without resetting it?
We won’t be able to send you a copy of your password without resetting it, but if you can’t remember your password, you can request a new one.
Please keep in mind that if you’re already logged in, you can change your password from your settings.
