How do I log into my Vysda account?
To log into your Vysda account:
- Make sure no one else is logged into Vysda on your computer
To log someone else out, click on the profile image in the top right of any Vysda page and select Log Out
- Go to www.vysda.com and enter your email address in the first box under “Log in to your account”
- Enter your password
- Click Log In
How do I add or remove an email address from my account?
Currently, Vysda does not offer the ability to add or remove an email address from your account. The email you enter and verify during sign-up for your Vysda account is the only email you’ll be able to use for that account unless you deactivate that account and sign up for a new account with the preferred email. We will be implementing the ability to have multiple verified emails and email removal as a feature release in the near future.
I deactivated my account. How do I reactivate my account?
Deactivating your account means, that all your posts, data and comments will not be visible to anyone nor will they be able to be found in any search results. If you’ve deactivated your account, you can reactivate it at any time just by logging in. If you can’t remember your password, you can request a new password. If you removed your account, all your posts, imported data, comments, visualizations, etc. were permanently deleted.
How do I log out of Vysda?
To log out of Vysda:
- Click on the profile image in the top right of any Vysda page
- Select Log Out
